Solent Products has been operating for almost 30 years and so you can rely on us to treat you with the confidence and security that is so important.

When purchasing from our website, your details are stored by us so that we can contact you if required. We do not pass these contact details to anyone else without your permission. You can change your details at any time by sending us an email totracy@solentproducts.co.uk .We may use your tel. number (preferably mobile no.) for deliveries sent via courier. This helps to avoid non deliveries so please inform us if this is not ok.

Data for each sale made using our webite, ie telephone numbers and addresses, are stored by us. We consider it our duty to keep your details safe and we do not under any circumstances pass this data to anyone else. We may at times send an email with items that we think may be of use to you, please click unsubscribe if you no longer wish to receive them.

When paying with Credit/Debit card either via the website or over the phone,we do not store or keep credit cards information.

Our web site may contain links to other web sites which are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.

We aim to despatch your goods within 2 working days although mostly goods are received next working day, when ordered prior to 2pm. If you need your goods urgent, just say..we will do our utmost to get them to you when required.

Orders placed on a Friday will be received on the following Monday.

We are open Mon - Fri 9am - 4pm.

 Closed Bank Holidays.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will accept refunds up to 7 days after but you will be liable to pay for return carriage costs.

Local deliveries can be arranged Free Of Charge...MIN. ORDER WILL APPLY

Please note: Carriage costs can be high due to the weight of some of our items therefore it may be wise to bulk order.

We do however use a reliable and competitive courier service. Next working day delivery or 2-3 working day delivery options are available plus many other services.
