Shipping policy

We despatch your goods the same working day with most UK goods received next working day when ordered prior to 2pm. Only small, light items (up to 2kgs) are sent via Royal Mail, all other heavy items plus Tools are sent using via next working day courier to UK mainland. Orders placed prior to 1.30pm Friday may receive on the following Monday.

Local deliveries can be arranged Free Of Charge although min. order quantity will apply.

We use Fedex Overnight, DPD and APC as our Next Working Day service and use Royal Mail for outer areas. Our pallet service is via Wyvern Cargo or Chase Pallets.

Please note, some areas ie Highlands & Isle of Wight may experience a longer delivery time (usually 2-3 working days).

Please select the correct postage if you are in Northern Ireland or outer areas, ie Highlands. If the wrong postage is selected, we may cancel and refund your order.

International orders should be received within 7 days. (depending on the service you choose). The price quoted is generally for 1 parcel only, if selecting multiple boxes there may be an extra charge. Most orders will be posted via Royal Mail Tracked International, DPD or UPS.

Office hours are Mon - Thurs 9am - 4pm. Fri 9am - 3pm. Closed Bank Holidays. Feel free to email us outside of these hours if urgent.
