Solent Products are distributors for a range of suppliers supplying tools, fixings & fastenings. The information that we provide is based on information from these suppliers and therefore Solent Products will not be liable for any wrong or misleading information. We will not be liable for any damage caused by our tools, fixings or fastenings. Our own factory goods are tested and sold to you as satisfactory by ourselves.
It is up to you, the customer, to ensure you are ordering the correct product/s for the job or tool. There will be no refund on the postage if you do order the incorrect products, however a refund will be available for the product/s if returned in the same condition as when received by the customer. Cancellations are accepted but you must inform us prior to despatch by either email or a telephone call. You have a right to cancel and apply for a refund up to 30 calendar days after order is delivered to you, items must be returned in original condition and return cost payable by you. Please email tracy@solentproducts.co.uk with your wish to cancel and return goods to Solent Products c/o Tarlu Fulfilment, C1/C2 Stirling Business Park, Nimrod Way, Ferndown, Dorset BH21 7SH. No returns on International orders.
The price for your goods will be the price stated on the website. You will be directed to a third party checkout where, once you have entered your post code, the shipping will be displayed, along with delivery times and total cost for goods and shipping . The merchant is responsible for the website transaction. Credit card details are entered on a secured page and they are transferred using SSL. The merchant accepts 3D secure transactions. If paying by bacs or any other method, goods will be despatched once payment is cleared. You will be asked to tick our terms and conditions prior to confirming payment. If a product is purchased via the UK Next Working Day Courier and you are based in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or "Outer Areas" as deemed by our courier, your order will be cancelled and money returned.
Tools are covered by the full manufacturers guarantee unless stated.
